Melissa Metcalf recently joined the Empty Cloud Sangha community, attending her first retreat January, 2026 in Tucson. She is the proud owner of a ballet studio in Ventura, California. When she is not teaching, choreographing, or directing a dance performance, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage children, and three gigantic dogs.
