Board of Directors
Empty Cloud Sangha is a 501(c)3 organization governed by a board of directors. Elections occur each year at the annual meeting in February. The annual meeting occurs just prior to the beginning of the zen sesshin held in Tucson, Arizona. Board members are elected to a three-year term.
Currently, the board consists of eight voting members, which includes the authorized teacher. Additionally, an executive director participates in board functions and serves the Sangha's administrative needs in a part-time paid role, but does not hold voting privileges.
