Raven (née Joni) Bennett, LPC has been the part-time executive director for the sangha since Spring 2021. Raven is a mental health clinician and business consultant based in Northeast Missouri. She is passionate about assisting therapists in overcoming barriers to create thriving private practices, which can include fear of finances and lack of basic business knowledge. She teaches practical and easily accessible skills many clinicians wish they learned during graduate school. Raven also provides full-service administrative support, tailored to each individual’s needs, to reduce the busy work of daily operations while prioritizing clients. Her goal is to aid small businesses in developing grounded stability in work-life balance, self-validation, and financial freedom. In addition, Raven provides event and organizational management services for mental and behavioral health-adjacent organizations without their own administrative staff.
